Four RBI Day For Larissa Piessens Spells Out Victory For Windham Jaguars Varsity Over Dover High School
Larissa Piessens showed timely hitting on Friday, driving in four on two hits to lead the Jaguars past Dover High School 11-3 on Friday. Piessens drove in runs on a home run in the first and a home run in the fourth.
The Jaguars secured the victory thanks to six runs in the sixth inning. Leeten Adolt, Makayla Panich, and Lily McGinnis each had RBIs in the frame.
In the first inning, Windham Jaguars Varsity got their offense started when Piessens homered on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs.
Windham Jaguars Varsity put up six runs in the sixth inning. Windham Jaguars Varsity batters contributing to the big inning included Adolt, Panich, and McGinnis, who each had RBIs in the inning.
Abby Bedient was the winning pitcher for Windham going the distance, allowing three runs on five hits and striking out ten.

The Jaguars tallied 14 hits on the day with Peyton Gravell, Piessens, Panich, Grace Bono, and Jasmine Moskowitz each racked up multiple hits for Windham Jaguars Gravell led Windham with three hits in five at bats.
